Richard S. Hunt

Seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience in institutional equity sales, investment strategy, and global capital markets. Proven leader with a track record of building high-performing sales teams and delivering multi-million-dollar revenue growth across U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions. Deep client network among hedge funds, asset managers, and sovereign wealth funds. Currently serving as Head of Global Equity Sales at CSC BELLA GEOVE PARTNERS LLC

David A. Simon, Managing Director

Richard S. Hunt, currently 58 years old, is a tenured professor in the Department of Finance at Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and co-director of the Cornell Center for Financial Studies.

Professor Hunt obtained his Ph.D. in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1992. Early in his career, he worked as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley's New York headquarters before transitioning into academia. He has taught at Duke University and the University of Michigan before joining Cornell University in 2006.

His research areas encompass corporate finance, asset pricing, behavioral finance, and capital market institutions. Professor Hunt's academic work has been published in top-tier academic journals such as the Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, and the Journal of Accounting and Economics, and his research has been cited multiple times by The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, and Bloomberg. He has received over 6,000 citations on Google Scholar.

Professor Hunt has been invited to present at international finance academic conferences frequently and has provided policy advice and research support to the Federal Reserve, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and several global investment firms.

In terms of teaching, Professor Hunt is dedicated to innovations in financial education, leading courses such as "Corporate Financial Decisions," "Microstructure of Financial Markets," and "Empirical Research in Behavioral Finance."

Beyond academia, he is actively involved in public financial education projects, committed to promoting financial literacy and the principles of responsible investing.

Michael P. Riordan

MIKE OVERSEES THE MANAGEMENT OF THE FIRM AND FOCUSES ON ALL FIRM OPERATIONS AND FINANCE, MARKETING, AND CLIENT SERVICE. HE ALSO SERVES ON THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE.

Michael P. Riordan, Managing Director

Before joining CSC, Mike served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Analytics Division at MarketBridge, a global strategic consulting and solutions company. Mike has worked closely with Fortune 500 companies and has implemented numerous projects across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. He has extensive experience in the financial services, technology, and retail/consumer goods sectors, with key clients including MasterCard, Bank of America, Humana, HP, Microsoft, SAP, Office Depot, Diet Dr. Pepper, and PhD Pepper

Prior to joining MarketBridge, Mike held a series of positions at Host Communications (now IMG College) including General Manager, Big 12 Conference, and CFO of the University Group.

Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia as well as an M.B.A. from Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration. Mike is married with two children.

Patrick C. South

Patrick C. South, Managing Director

Before joining CSC,he was a Vice President at Hirtle, Callaghan & Co. At Hirtle Callaghan, Patrick was responsible for client service and business development in the Mid–Atlantic and Midwest regions. Patrick counseled a broad group of clients that included individuals and families, foundations, endowments, pension plans, and non-profit organizations. For those clients, Patrick designed, structured, and implemented customized and comprehensive investment portfolios to best meet their specific goals and objectives. Prior to joining Hirtle Callaghan, Patrick worked in the Private Client Services Group at Lehman Brothers in Chicago, where he was responsible for asset allocation and securities selection advice to individual clients. Patrick began his career in sales and marketing at U.S. Steel. Patrick holds a B.A. in American Studies from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. Patrick is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charter holder and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia. Patrick is married with two children


Paul W. Davis

Paul W. Davis is a Portfolio Manager at CSC BELLA GEOVE PARTNERS, joining the firm in 2021.

PAUL SERVES AS A MEMBER OF THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE AND LEADS ALL OF THE TECHNICAL ANALYSIS AND STRATEGIES AT CSC. HIS UNIQUE APPROACH TOWARD RESEARCH AND INNOVATIVE METHODOLOGIES ARE THE FOUNDATION OF OUR MONUMENT INVESTMENT STRATEGY, WHICH IS AN EQUITY PORTFOLIO GROUNDED IN PAUL'S TECHNICAL ANALYSIS.

Paul is a published author on capital preservation research in volatile markets and has been featured in Active Trader Magazine. Prior to joining SRS, Paul was a registered representative at Royal Alliance Associates, Inc. and Integrated Resources Equity Corp.

Jeffrey J. Loehr, MBA, CFA®

Jeff is a Portfolio Manager at CSC BELLA GEOVE PARTNERS, joining the firm in 2021.

HE SERVES AS A MEMBER OF THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE AND BRINGS OVER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE MANAGING UP TO $2 BILLION IN ASSETS FOR BOTH INSTITUTIONAL AND INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS, ACROSS VARIOUS INVESTMENT STYLES.

Jeffrey J. Loehr, Portfolio Manager

Jeff’s background in both investment analysis and fund management provides unique perspective and insight into the numerous investment opportunities available to our clients. Prior to joining CSC, Jeff was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Denver Investments, where he and his team were responsible for management of the firm’s Small, SMID, and Mid-Cap Growth products.

Jeff holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Jeff is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charter holder and a member of the CFA Society of Colorado. He is a former world-ranked tennis player and is married with three children.

Jeffrey W. Apps, Vice President, Private Client Services

He began his career at AXA Advisors, LLC where in 2002 he was national recognized as their third top financial planner. He gained additional industry experience at Alpine Trust & Asset Management serving clients in Eagle and Summit counties and Steamboat Springs.

Jeff holds a B.A. in Letters & Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is a former Ironman athlete, bike racer, and marathon runner. He is married with three children.

Patrick D. Johnson, Vice President, Private Client Services

Patrick began his career in financial services in 1996 and has served clients in a litany of capacities: as a traditional investment broker; as a Vice President in the Trust Department with a large super-regional bank in the capacity of a financial planner helping the bank’s high net worth clients; and, as the president of a life insurance brokerage general agency.

Patrick believes strongly in giving back to the client-advisory community and has served on a local level as: President of the Financial Planning Association (FPA); Board of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA); Speaker for Continuing Education for Estate Planning Attorneys, CPAs and Life Insurance Agents.

Patrick holds a B.A. in English from Furman University. In addition, he also holds the following professional designations: Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®).

Patrick is married to Jenny, his wife of twenty years. Patrick and Jenny have two children and live in Woodland Park, Colorado.

He started his career at RBC Wealth Management in Cheyenne, WY before transitioning to Charles Schwab in Denver, CO in 2008. He joined Seal Financial Services in 2011.

Albert holds a B.S. in Business Management from Presentation College – Aberdeen. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Accredited Asset Management Specialist® (AAMS®). Albert is married with two children.

C. Todd Pevarnik, Vice President, Private Client Services

Prior to joining CSC, Todd served as a financial advisor for Wells Fargo Advisors. He began his financial services career as a licensed broker with A. G. Edwards & Sons. He also has several years of experience as a corporate accounts executive and sales engineer.

Todd holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. He is married with two children.

Terry Hall, DVM, CFP®

TERRY RECEIVED HIS CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER PRACTITIONER) LICENSE IN 2000 AND ACTIVELY MANAGES INVESTMENT ASSETS FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES, PLUS QUALIFIED RETIREMENT PLANS FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS INCLUDING CUSTOMIZED DESIGN, SET-UP, ADMINISTRATION, PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AND INVESTMENT STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION.


Previously Terry founded and led Acacia Investment Advisors, LLC. Terry received his B.S. and D.V.M. degrees from Michigan State University. After being a clinical veterinarian and owner of multiple practices for 20 years Terry began the process of returning to graduate school to pursue a Master’s degree specialization in veterinary surgery.

During the process of preparing to return to graduate school, Terry realized his interest to pursue specialization had changed from veterinary medicine to business, finance and investment management. He changed his focus and career, and completed business, finance, and investment management training at Purdue University Krannert School of Business, Metro State University of Denver and The College of Financial Planning.

He also provides evaluation and ongoing business and financial consulting services to veterinary practice owners focusing on enhancing revenue growth and profitability systematically while enhancing patient care and client service.

Terry is married with two sons, two daughters-in-law and four grandchildren.

Gregory P. Seal, CFP®, MBA

GREG HAS A THIRTY-YEAR TRACK RECORD FOR HELPING INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, AND BUSINESSES MANAGE 401(K), CASH BALANCE AND OTHER RETIREMENT PLANS, MULTI-GENERATIONAL WEALTH, AND SUDDEN WEALTH SUCH AS INSURANCE SETTLEMENTS OR INHERITANCES.

Gregory P. Seal, CFP®, MBA, Vice President, Private Client Services

His other expertise involves aiding those who are coping with life-changing events, including sudden disabilities, divorce and the loss of a spouse or loved one. He spent most of his career as President and co-owner of Seal Financial Services, Inc.

Greg earned his M.B.A. from Regis College in Denver and his undergraduate degree from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is an avid family man, fly fisherman and tennis player, residing in Denver, Colorado.

John Montgomery

John is a Vice President, Private Client Services at CSC BELLA GEOVE PARTNERS, joining the firm in 2024.

John has over 39 years of investment experience, from December 1991 to June of 2013 he was a Registered Representative and Investment Adviser Representative for First Allied Securities, Inc.

Beginning in June of 2013 John took over the role of Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Member of Financial Freedom Advisors, LLC.

John attended Amherst College, graduating in 1972.


Philip J. Cook

Philip Cook is a Director, Private Client Services at CSC BELLA GEOVE PARTNERS, joining the firm in 2021 as a part of our East Cost team.
